You hear it first. You pay when you love it.
Most shops sell first and argue about refunds later. We do it the other way round: you hear your whole track before we charge you a cent. Here's exactly how that works.

How you pay
- At checkout we place a hold on your card. It's not a charge, though your bank may show it as pending.
- You get three versions of your track and hear each one in full on your private page.
- We charge your card only when you approve one.
- Card holds only last about a week, so Stripe also saves your card securely. If your fixes run past a week, we charge the saved card when you approve, the same amount you'd have paid.
- If we don't hear from you, we approve the first version 3 days after your latest versions are delivered, and charge then. Your email tells you this when the track arrives.
If you don't love it
- Use your 3 free fixes. Tell us what to change and you get three new versions each time.
- Want more? You can buy 3 more fixes at a time, up to 20 in all.
- Still not right? Cancel from your track page before you approve. We ask you to try at least one fix first and tell us briefly what didn't work. Then the hold is released and you pay nothing.
A released hold is never a charge, so there's nothing to refund. Your bank may take a few days to drop the pending amount.
Cancelling before your track is ready
Changed your mind right after checkout? Email us before your track arrives and we'll cancel it and release the hold.
After you approve
Because you heard the whole track before paying, we don't refund an approved track just because you changed your mind. But we always make it right when it's on us. We'll refund you if:
- Something's technically wrong that we can't fix: the file won't play or download, the audio is broken or cut off.
- You were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a track you cancelled.
- We approved it automatically and you hadn't heard it, for example because our email went to spam. Write to us within 14 days of the charge.
- You paid for Rush and your track wasn't delivered within 3 hours of checkout. We'll refund the Rush fee.
If something else feels unfair, tell us. We're a small team and we'd rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are paid when you buy them, and they never expire.
- Not used yet? Email us and we'll refund it to the card that paid for it, and the gift link stops working.
- If the recipient makes their track and cancels it (after trying a fix), we refund the giver in full, automatically.
- Once the recipient approves their track, the same rules as any approved track apply.
Extra fix packs
Fix packs are charged as soon as you buy them, because each fix makes a whole new set of versions. Once you've used a fix from a pack, the pack isn't refundable, even if you later cancel the track. Bought one by mistake and haven't used it? Email us and we'll refund it. If a fix fails because of a fault on our side, we'll give you the fix back or refund the pack.
Free tracks
Tracks from a launch offer or a free code cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. The same fixes apply.
How to ask
Email hello@beliefbeats.com from the address you ordered with. Tell us your track title or send your private link, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster for you.
This policy is on top of your rights under the consumer laws where you live, not instead of them. See also our Terms of Service.
